What are the specifics of this contract agreement?
The official contract made between Summit Athletes, Under Armour, and Gatorade will create a mutual partnership between the three organizations but will only have direct ties to Summit Athletes. This means that both Under Armour and Gatorade will benefit Summit Athletes, but they will not directly benefit each other. In return for Under Armour brand recognition and product placement (gameday and commercial), each athlete from Summit Athletes will receive three free custom apparel items from the Summit Athletes Under Armour Collection. All Summit Athletes staff will also receive a 50% discount code from the Under Armour online store. Gatorade, in addition to brand recognition and product placement (gameday and commercial), will also receive access to several athletes for their new commercial. From this side of the partnership Summit Athletes will receive routine supplies of the Gatorade sport drink for all their facilities (offices, conference rooms, and training facilities).
