Sales & Corporate Relationships

My four keys to working in sales and corporate partnership positions are Creating Sustainable Relationships, Providing Continuous Communication, Leading with Confidence, and Communication Transparency. Below you will find information on my three keys to Sales and Corporate Relationships followed by specific examples of works done in Sales and Corporate Relationship work. I have also included case studies in Professional Interviews, a Business Profile / Grant Application, a Business Partnership Application / Media Kit, and several Business Presentations.

Creating Sustainable Relationships

  • Personality - showing a personal commitment, confidence, and enthusiasm in building and sustaining relationships

  • Catering to the Relationship's Needs - going the extra mile for the other party to show the importance of the relationship

  • Evaluating Benefits and Opportunities - consistently evaluating the benefits each party can provide each-other now and the opportunities they give each-other for the future

Providing Continuous Communication​

  • Significant Communication - developing a continuous timely communication plan that brings enhancements to the relationship and is not just another interaction

  • Proactive Communication - communicating effectively to not only continue the current relationship, but to also form a game plan of improvements and risk assessments in the occurrence of a future complication

  • Diversifying Mediums of Communication - providing multiple platforms for communication between parties in a working world of many communication forms

Leading with Confidence​

  • Power in Confidence - showing confidence in decision making and planning leads to stronger and more trustworthy relationships

  • Entering Educated - entering exchanges having "done the homework" on the relationship and current endeavors leads to building and presenting confidence

  • Changed Perceptions - leading interactions consistently with confidence may shape and change a parties image and perception noted by the other involved parties

Communication Transparency​

  • Transparency in Interactions - continuously sharing research, data, and findings regardless of current standings builds trust in relationships when a plan is attentively developed to support

  • Difficulties of Transparency - consistently staying transparent in all relationship interactions may sometimes be tough when complications may be present

  • Benefits of Transparency - sharing complications and success together during interactions may create stronger and longer lasting relationships

Professional Crisis Management Simulation and Press Conference

PDF files containing a full-length detailed mock crisis management simulation and press conference performed through Milwaukee Sports Management Internship. A Milwaukee sports organization was chosen and viewed as a place maker for a mock crisis management situation. This crisis management assessment developed a crisis manual for the organization, which included several crisis management tools including a 100 Facts Sheet (Appendix A), Summary Worksheets (Appendix D), and a Crisis Planning Notebook (Appendix F). In this report, a review of Rickard’s process can also be found, including the approach to crisis management, strategies, tactics, rationale, an evaluation of effectiveness, a summary/conclusions section, and a list of references.

Crisis Management

Business Partnership Application and Media Kit

Business partnership application for media release entertainment show. Content that can be found on this application includes examples of a cover letter, news release, media advisory, backgrounder, fact sheet, tip sheet, brand story, bio, FAQ list, and a PSA Script. Mid-Fit Vlog and Podcast Community is a weekly fitness podcast featuring two hosts who routinely discuss health and fitness topics, interview health and fitness personalities, and participate in health and fitness challenges/events. This media kit was designed to give an outline of the shows background and run schedule for investor and sponsorship relations. The provided example was given to the media company Barstool Sports during a podcast investment campaign.

Business Profile and Grant Application

PDF file containing a full grant application written for review and submission through the Non-Profit Pembine/Amberg Arts Organization. This grant application includes project information, a project summary, and a full project budget summary of income and expenses. Non-Profit Grant Application

Professional Interviews

PDF files containing full-length detailed professional interview reports based upon academic requirements and guidelines. Interviews include a sportscaster (Jim Paschke, Milwaukee Bucks Basketball, NBA), a journalist  (Sarah Kloepping, Green Bay Press Gazette), and a public relations consultant (Nicole Virant, Leonard & Finco Public Relations Inc.).
